I’m happy to report that all of you have now completed your surveys!
I now know exactly which pins everyone would like and can decide on how many of each design I’ll be ordering, as well as how many stickers and charms from this set I’ll order.
I’ll now begin the manufacturing process, I’ll be sure to keep you updated as progress is made every step of the way.

Hi, everyone!
I’m happy to report that the majority of the backers have now fully completed their surveys! That being said, there are still a few people who have not yet completed it.
If any of you need help with your surveys, please don’t hesitate to send me a message! If you lost your survey link, let me know and I can also resend that to you. Once all surveys are done, we can move on to the next step!

Surveys Being Sent!

Good afternoon, everyone! Hope as is well!
Today I have received the funds from the Kickstarter! That means we are ready for the next step; I will now be sending out the surveys through Backerkit!
The way it works is that I will be sending out a "smoke test" first, this will send the survey to a portion of the backers at random. Once the smoke test is done, everyone else will get their survey as well.
Keep an eye on your inboxes!
All details concerning the Backerkit survey were described in detail in the previous update
Once you get your survey, please complete it as soon as you can, since I cannot begin production until I know how many pins of each design I should order.

We Did It!! What Comes Next

Thank you all for pledging and for making this project a reality! A few things need to happen before we can kick off production and fulfillment.
Here's a quick rundown:
First, Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to make the rewards, this step will take about 14 days.
Once the funds have been processed, I will be sending all of my backers a survey via Backerkit.
It is extremely important that all of you guys fill out your surveys as soon as possible once you receive it in your email. This survey is absolutely necessary in order for following:
- Finding out which pin(s) each backer wants
- Getting each backer's shipping information
- Charging UK backers for VAT and Canadian backers for GST/QST
in ADDITION to this, once you have selected the pin(s) you want according to your reward tier, the Backerkit survey will allow you the option to purchase add-ons. This is optional, but it will allow you to add more items to your order if you so choose. The items you will be able to add to your purchase via add-ons are the following:
- More pins from this Kickstarter campaign. You will be able to add any number of the 8 pins from the It All Returns to Nothing Enamel Pin Series if you decide you would like more pins.
- Extra "Congratulations" sticker. Every backer who pledged for at least one pin gets a sticker for free, but if you want extra stickers, you will be able to buy more.
- Extra "Synchronization" Early Bird Charms. If you (A) missed out on early bird tiers, you will be able to buy the early bird charm if you would like. If you (B) are an early bird backer, you already get this charm for free, but if you want extras, you can buy more of them if you choose.
- Other enamel pins, acrylic charms, vinyl stickers, patches, and holographic art prints. You will be able to add any of my available products to your order, they will all be available as add-ons. Ordering them through your Backerkit survey will bundle them with your rewards.
NOTE: Backers who pledged with no reward can still complete the survey and purchase add-ons if they choose to.
I'll give you a heads-up before I send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey.
If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on my BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after I send the surveys out.)
BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.
